I attended the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon where I obtained my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. Let me tell you a little secret though….
I almost quit…
Three years into my program, I knew it wasn’t exactly what I wanted to do. Although my passion is helping people ‘get healthy’ being the primary care doc was not what I wanted.
I spent the next few years focusing on bringing people back to the basics – whole foods nutrition, mindful movement, adequate sleep and mental balance. I enrolled at the Mayo Clinic to become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach in 2019 and haven’t looked back.
As a Coach, I help people strategize for long-term wellness, goals break them down into bite-sized pieces, and help them create a road map to get there. We dig into your motivation to keep you going. There are no quick fixes when it comes to health.
I use my natural medicine background to help you incorporate nutrition, herbs, and homeopathy to gently support you and your goals.
