Hi! 

I am a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). I firmly believe that health needs to be sustainable and that little changes add up to big leaps when working towards your health goals. 

I live in Kansas City, MO with my husband and three dogs. My favorite place to be is in the yard in my hammock with a good book. 

My Mission

 To create a compassionate environment that encourages, educates, and empowers individuals to make sustainable health behavior change so that they can live their healthiest, most vibrant lives.

Taking care of our health is a multi-faceted and ongoing journey that involves a variety of important practices such as mindful movement, restorative sleep, a well-balanced diet, and mental health and wellbeing. By focusing on these foundational aspects, we create a solid foundation for a healthy and fulfilling life.

Sustainable

Drastic measures are not for sustainable change. It is important to recognize that real and lasting progress often requires a thoughtful and deliberate approach. While quick fixes and drastic actions may yield short-term results, they often come at a cost that is not sustainable in the long run.

Individualized

We understand that everyone's needs are unique, which is why we will work closely with you to tailor a personalized plan that is specifically designed to help you achieve lasting change. We take the time to understand your goals and challenges, and will collaborate with you to create a comprehensive plan that takes into account your lifestyle, preferences, and any other factors that may impact your success.

Naturopathic Doctors are uniquely trained to support you and your goals in a holistic way. They are skilled clinicians who understand modern medicine, but who can also draw from holistic practices. 

By getting to know you and you goals, we will work together to find a wellness vision and create a road map to get there. Coaching involves helping you see your potential and supporting you along the way. 

Each 50 minute visit is $115. I suggest a minimum of 3 visits to understand your goals, create a plan and check in on progress. 

The simple answer is no. The more complicated answer is maybe. You are in the drivers seat. Together we will work together to make sustainable changes to meet your goals. 

I am out of network with all major health plans. I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
